Return Policy
You may exchange most new, unopened (factory sealed) items sold and fulfilled by Mission: Fun & Games within 30 days of delivery for exchange for another item or store credit. 

All TCG individual cards are final sale and are not eligable for return/exchange.

Pre Order Policies

All pre ordered sealed product must be picked up within 7 days of the product release.  After 7 days we reserve the right to refund your pre order and sell the item at regular market price.  Any pre order promo/incentive will be distributed starting with the first pre order and ending with the last person to pre order, while supplies last.  If you pre order multiple copies/items, you will be eligable for only 1 promotional item.

In the event that a product is allocated from our distributors we will fulfill all the orders that we can starting with the first person to pre order.  If we are unable to fulfill your pre order we will cancel your order and refund your money. For example, if we have 15 pre orders for a title and we only receive 10 units from our distributors.  The first 10 customers to pre order will recieve a copy of the game and the remaining 5 unfortunately will be refunded their money. 

Customers will be contacted via email when your pre order has arrived in store. 

We will also not be extending any pre orders for items that are expected to arrive from November 15th to December 31st.  This is due to volume at this time of year between our retail location and our online business and general lack of extra space to store pre ordered items at this time of year.

Please do not call the store for information on your pre order.  There are many staff members and not all of them are able to answer questions about pre orders/arrival times of product.  If you have any questions, please email info[at]boardgames.ca.  This will be the fastest way to answer your questions.

Pickup Policy: The customer that is mentioned above must come in to pick up their pre order.  ID will be required to pick up the product and must match the name on the pre order. Product must be picked up during regular business hours only.

Game Event Registration Policies: When you pre register, you are not purchasing product, you are securing your spot in the event, which includes product.  If you are unable to make it, you must provide (in writing) a request for cancellation of your registration at a minimum of 48 hours prior to the event starting to receive a 50% refund.  This can be provided by either email, fax or good old fashion snail mail.  All pre release kits are used for tournament use only and failure to show up to an event does not entitile you to the corresponding pre release pack or promotional material.

Refunds
In the event that we authorize a refund (see refund policy above). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Your Privacy
Mission: Fun & Games is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. All emails are sent through ConstantContact and you may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our MTG partners.

How does Mission: Fun & Games
 protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Mission: Fun & Games
 disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
Mission: Fun & Games does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with Mission: Fun & Games. Mission: Fun & Games may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

Mission: Fun & Games may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Mission: Fun & Games, our users, or others.
